It’s normal for a girl to fall in love with a boy as they (girls) have love feelings too. Sometimes its deemed inappropriate when a girl tell a guy she has feelings for him. That’s the reason why girls don’t say it, it’s because they fear to be perceived as negative.

Some girls really try to say it when they fall in love and on the other hand some boys take it as normal when girls approach them. They accept or deny but they don’t judge them to have come to them with an open heart. This is quite normal! There is no difference between boys and girls when it comes to love.
